This manual provides a comprehensive collection of the Wisconsin Technical College District Boards Association’s bylaws, policy statements, and operational procedures. These are evolving documents that are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis by the Association Board of Directors upon the recommendation of its Bylaws, Policies & Procedures Committee.
