Diane Handrick
Interim Executive Director

Diane Handrick, Interim Executive Director, is in her third year with the DBA.

Diane grew up in Stevens Point and then Superior, WI. Prior to joining the DBA, she was a Wisconsin State Assembly staffer for 5 different representatives from 1999-2021. She began her government service career as an aide to a U.S. Senator. Her background includes expertise in constituent and customer relations and communications. Diane has presented legislative and government tips to WLDI classes since 2013 and a variety of groups at their request.

Diane is a long-time advocate for the students, boards, and leadership of the Wisconsin Technical College System.
