2026 Annual Planning Meeting All trustees are invited to join us for our 2026 Annual Planning Meeting. We will be meeting virtually for roughly two (2) hours to debrief the past year and plan for the next. Trustees are encouraged to complete this pre-work form in advance to help prepare for the meeting. If you are unable to attend but would still like your input included in the discussion, please submit your completed worksheet by Monday, July 13th to Amiee Leavy at ajleavy@districtboards.org. As institutions navigate rapid technological advances, evolving workforce demands, enrollment shifts, and increasing mental and operational strain, effective leadership requires both bold vision and thoughtful stewardship. This year’s Congress will explore strategies that balance innovation with institutional well-being, governance with empathy, and transformation with purpose—equipping leaders to make informed decisions that strengthen their colleges and the communities they serve. |
